Blythe Danielle Ansley, the daughter of Pat and Tracy Ansley of Warrenton, has attended Briarwood since kindergarten. Blythe has cheered, played softball and basketball and run track for the Lady Bucs. She received All State Honorable Mention honors for softball her junior year and was a member of two AA state runner-up softball teams. She is also a member of the two state runner up basketball teams. She is a member of the 2001 and 2002 Lady Bucs track state championship teams and was state runner up in the triple jump last year. She plans to play on the golf team this spring. Blythe's brother, Blake, is a graduate of Briarwood Academy. A member of Sweetwater Baptist Church of Thomson, she will be escorted onto the field for pre-game ceremonies by senior B. J. Thompson and for halftime ceremonies by her father, Mr. Pat Ansley, a 1979 graduate of Briarwood. Blythe plans to attend college next fall. |
