Mrs. Jacqueline Ann Lewis HARLEM, Ga.- The funeral service for Jacqueline Ann Lewis, 52, who died Friday, Dec. 26, 2003 was held Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003 at Second Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Harlem, Ga. at 2 p.m. with Rev. Henderson Roberson, Jr. officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery. She is survived by three sons, Leon Lewis, Maurice (Theresa) Frazier and Mario Frazier; mother, Alveda Lewis; sisters and brothers, Andrew (Juanita) Lewis, William (Debra) Lewis, Steve (Natasha) Lewis, Velveda Kay (Steven) Fletcher, and Sharon Denise (Anthony) King; three grandchildren, Kevvin Lewis, Quazilaon Lewis, and Maurice Frazier, Jr. Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
