Mrs. Ann Edmunds Ogletree
Retired Teacher

WARRENTON, Ga. - Mrs. Ann Edmunds Ogletree, 88, widow of Mr. E. Aubrey Ogletree, Sr., died Thursday, December 29, 2005, in the Warrenton Health & Rehab Center.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 2, 2006, in the Thomson First Baptist Church with Dr. Jim Ramsey officiating. Burial followed in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Ogletree was a native of Lincoln County, a retired school teacher and a member of Thomson First Baptist Church.

She is survived by a son, Edward Aubrey Ogletree, Jr. of Atlanta; three grandchildren, Benjamin Robert Ogletree, Sr., John Edward Ogletree, Christopher Charles Ogletree; two great-grandchildren; Madelyn Leigh Ogletree and Benjamin Robert Ogletree, Jr.

Pallbearers were Joe McCommons, Roger Dunaway, Bill Reese, Garrett Edmunds, David Russell and Dr. David Hall.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Family Life Center of Thomson First Baptist Church at 253 Jackson Street, Thomson, GA 30824.

Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
