Mr. J. B. Heard THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral services for Mr. J. B. Heard, 72, of Thomson, were held on Sunday, January 2, 2005 at 2 p.m. at the Rogers Tabernacle Church of God in Christ, Rev. Andrew Grant, officiating. Interment was in Society Cemetery, Mesena, Ga. Survivors are devoted companion, Mrs. Juanita Moss, Thomson; nine children, Lincoln West of California, Willie B. Heard, Beulah Parks, Robert Lee Heard, Deloris Heard, Melvin Heard and Annette Atkins, all of Thomson, J. B. Winfrey of Mesena and Mary Ann Hubert of Atlanta; stepchild, Deloris Roberts, Thomson; 29 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
