Mrs. Betty L. German AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Betty L. German, 71, entered into rest at her residence on Monday, Jan. 5, 2004, beloved wife of Marvin German. Mrs. German was a lifelong resident of Augusta and had worked for Murray Biscuit Company. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2004 at 1 p.m. from the Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home with the rev. H. K. McKnight officiating. Interment at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Family members include one son, Clarence M. German, wife Diane, of Augusta; two daughters, Betty Marie Newman, husband Tony, of Evans; Catherine Ann Boiter, husband Robert, of Dearing; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one uncle, H.
