Maxwell Elementary School students celebrated the 100th day of school Jan. 18.

In honor of the 100th day of school, Maxwell Elementary Principal Mychele Swain and Assistant Principal Donna Bennett dressed as if they were 100 years old. Faculty/staff and students were greeted to school on the 100th day by the two 100 year old administrators.
Additional activities in honor of the 100th day included: Maxwell PTO gave each student a Hundred's Day Lollipop in honor of them being 100 days smarter, the MAX lunchroom was decorated with 100 primary colored balloons, every student received a bookmark from the Maxwell lunchroom and teachers were awarded a "100 Grand" candy bar for all of their hard work.
