THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Medi Hallford, 72, of Thomson, entered into rest January 20, 2007, at Doctors Hospital.
Memorial Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 24, at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Freed officiating.
Mrs. Hallford was born in Engerson, Germany, and was the daughter of the late Paul and Elsa Otte. She lived in Thomson for over 35 years. Mrs. Hallford worked at Uniroyal, Thomson Company, Shaw Industries and retired from Coca-Cola. She was also a Lutheran by faith.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law: Jim and Susan Woolsey, Charleston, S.C., Kimet and Karen Woolsey, Thomson, Kevin and Mary Woolsey, North Augusta, and Clark and Rosie Woolsey, Savannah; daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Alan Green, Augusta; sisters: Maria, Christa and Elizabeth and her husband, Glenn; and 10 grandchildren.
Beggs Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
