Thomson native recognized by Ritz-Carlton Leslie Harper, paymaster at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Joesbury is recognized as a Five Star employee for the fourth quarter. Five Star winners at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation demonstrate the qualifications that create an exceptional employee. These qualifications include exceeding job requirements, being punctual to work and upholding the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. In addition, Five Star employees must be with the company for six months and extend lateral service within the hotel.
