Mr. Samuel Leverett, Jr. CLARKS HILL, S.C. -- The funeral for Mr. Samuel Leverett, Jr., 64, of Clarks Hill, S.C., was held on Sunday, January 23, 2005, at 3 p.m. at the Olive Grove Baptist Church, Appling, Dr. R. F. Leverett, Pastor, officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ella Lue Leverett, Clarks Hill; four daughters, Patricia Scott of Augusta, Maxine Green and Evett Leverett of Clarks Hill, Breanna Leverett of Evans; four sons, Bruce Green, Anthony Leverett, of Clarks Hill, Samuel Leverett III of Augusta, Crawford Tankersly of Appling; two sisters, Mattie Tate of Atlanta, Ga.; Maggie Stephens of Martinez; two brothers, Joseph Leverett of Dearing, Thomas Leverett of Augusta; one grandchild; other relatives and friends.
