Mr. David Norris Salesman THOMSON, Ga.- Mr. David Norris, 51, husband of Mrs. Dianne O. Norris, of Heckle St., died Saturday, Jan. 24, 2004, in the University Hospital. Funeral services were Tuesday, Jan. 27, in the New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Allen Holbrook officiating. Burial was in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Mr. Norris was a native of McDuffie County. He was a salesman and a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Dianne Oliphant Norris, Thomson; his daughter, Whitney Norris, Thomson; his son, Zach Norris, Thomson; his step-son, Alan Oliphant, Augusta; a sister, Beth Broome, Thomson; and a brother, Bobby Norris, Columbia, S.C. Pallbearers were Gary McGahee, David Broome, Billy Luke, Garrison Norris, Butch Norris and Rusty Tisdale. Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Web posted on Thursday, January 29, 2004
