WARRENTON, Ga. - Mrs. Mary Usry Landrum, 94, wife of the late Mr. Cecil Landrum, died Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at Warrenton Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Magnolia Baptist Church Cemetery, with Dr. Charles Drummond officiating.
Mrs. Landrum, a native of Glascock County, was the daughter of the late Thomas and Emma Marsh Usry. She was a retired seamstress with Garland Knitting Mills and a member of the Warrenton First Baptist Church and the Laura Lee Sunday School Class.
Survivors include two sons, Everett (Carolyn) Landrum, Clarksville, Ga., and Danny Edwards, Warrenton; two sisters, Dessie Newsome, Warrenton, and Blanche Kitchens, Gibson; one brother, Ray Usry, Augusta; three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren. Mrs. Landrum was preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth Edwards.
Pallbearers were deacons of Warrenton First Baptist Church.
