Mrs. Mary Julia Dixon Glass SPARTA, Ga.- Mrs. Mary Julia Dixon Glass of Sparta, died Tuesday, January 25, 2005. She leaves to cherish her memories four children, Mr. James Henry (Wanda) Tyus from Wesley Chapel, Fla.; Mr. James Nathanel (Jackie) Tyus from Kathleen, Ga.; Mrs. Rosa Mary (Henry L.) Robinson and Mrs. Geraldine (Charles) Boone of Sparta, three sisters, Ms. Willie Dale Dixon, Mrs. Melvina Dixon Rogers, Mrs. Marion Bernice Gray and two brothers, Mr. Clarence (Leola) Dixon, Jr. and Mr. Robert Dixon; a mother-in-law, Mrs. Rosa Grant; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Phyllis Dixon and Mrs. Vivian Dixon, nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and a host of loving nieces, 14 nephews, seven cousins and other relatives and friends; Mrs. Glass very dear friends of Atlanta, Geraldine Womble, Juanita Mapp and Ethel Brown. Funeral services were held Sunday, January 30, 2005, 1 p.m. at Springfield Baptist Church, Sparta, Ga.; Rev. Felton Poole, pastor. Interment was in Dixon Memorial Garden Cemetery, Sparta.
