Drew-Field to be married in May Mr. and Mrs. A. Alexander Cawthon, II of Thomson announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Wilkes Drew of Athens to Jeremy Edward Field of Athens, the son of Dr. and Mrs. Richard C. Field of Athens. Special Ms. Drew is a graduate of Thomson High School. She attended Augusta State University and graduated Magna cum Laude from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child and Family Development. She is currently employed with the Clarke County school system as an Early Head Start teacher. She is the daughter of the late William E. Drew, Jr., and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William P. Norman, Sr. of Lincolnton, the late Mr. William E. Drew, Sr. and Mrs. Jackie Drew of Jasper, Tennessee. Mr. Field is a graduate of Clarke Central High School in Athens. He attended Augusta State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University, where he served as Vice- President of the University's Construction Management Guild. He is currently employed with Driver Construction Company in Athens as Assistant Project Manager and Estimator. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. James C. Field of Salisbury, Maryland, the late Mr. Edward L. Copony and Mrs. Jean Copony of Salisbury, N.C. The wedding will take place in Athens at Princeton United Methodist Church in May.
