NORWOOD, Ga.- Mr. Robert Harris (Bobby) Quinn, 67, of Cecil Dye Road, beloved husband of Mary Anne Bacon Quinn, entered into rest Monday, Jan. 26, 2004 at University Hospital, Augusta.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Jan. 29, 2004 at Norwood Baptist Church with Revs. Robert Riley and Donnie Bazal officiating. Burial was in the Williams Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Quinn was a native of Richmond County, but a lifelong resident of Warren County.
His parents were the late James Frank Quinn and Helen Harris Quinn. He was a member of Norwood Baptist Church for 45 years; a member of Crawfordville Masonic Lodge; and a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Anne Bacon Quinn; a son, Grant B. Quinn of Norwood; a daughter, Kim Q. (Chris) Mohr of Thomson; a sister, Doris Quinn (Jimmy) Jenkins of Norwood; and four grandchildren: Garret, Harrison, Quinn, and Chapman Mohr all of Thomson. A son, Robert Harris Quinn preceded him in death.
Pallbearers were David Usry, Charles Shivers, Guy Shivers, Floyd Williams, Alton Gheesling, Grady Moore, Jimmy Cranford, Mike Johnson, Lloyd Kelley and Jackie Bazal.
