Miss Catherine Nell Carswell Homemaker AUGUSTA, Ga. - Miss Catherine Nell Carswell, 48, daughter of Vernell Peebles Carswell of Thomson, entered into rest Sunday, Jan. 25, at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Carswell. Other survivors include her son, Jason Cates of Augusta, sisters, Caroline Hartfield of Thomson, Vivian DuBose of Hephzibah, and Elaine Marchant of Atlanta, brothers, Tony Carswell of Lawrenceville, James Carswell of Worth, Ill., Daryal Carswell of Modesto, Calif., and Tommy Santino of Beech Island, S.C.
