Mr. and Mrs. Billy H. Hadden of Thomson would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, April Nichole Hadden of Thomson, to Charles Terry Johnson Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Terry Johnson, Sr., all of Grovetown.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. Henry T. Reese of Thomson and the late Mrs. Jody Reese of Thomson and Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Rabun of Thomson and the late Mr. Johnny Hadden of Thomson. She is a graduate of Thomson High School and Augusta Technical College where she earned a degree in business office technology. She is employed with McDuffie County Cooperative Extension Service in Thomson.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Elton Weathington of Augusta and the late Mr. Vernon L. Johnson of Augusta and the late Mrs. Elise V. Ledbetter of Augusta. He is a graduate of Harlem High School and is employed with Club Car in Augusta.
The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2008, at First Baptist Church of Thomson.
