Mike Foust has been selected as Thomson Plastics November 2006 Employee of the Month.
A maintenance tech at the plant, Mr. Foust is always willing to work and help out, according to his co-workers. He is the guy who will take the job or complete the task no one else wants to tackle. Not only is he doing his job, but if he can help someone out, he is ready to offer a helping hand, they said.
Mr. Foust served 8 1/2 years in the Navy. After the Navy, he was self-employed for eight years, and then he and his wife, Susan, moved from Appling to Thomson.
In winning the Employee of the Month award plaque, he also receives a check for $50, a day off with pay and has his own assigned parking spot for the month.
