The American Cancer Society invites all returning, new and potential Relay For Life Team Captains to participate in the 2007 Team Captain University, Expedition Relay: Preparing You for the Quest, to be held Tuesday, Feb. 20, 6:30 pm at the Augusta Technical College - Thomson/McDuffie Campus.
The Team Captain University helps participants learn more about successful practices, delve deeper into Relay For Life and connect to Team Captains from other communities.

The purpose of the Relay For Life, the American Cancer Society's National Signature Activity, is to seek funds to help fight cancer and to bring about greater awareness of the disease. Relays were held in more than 3,000 communities last year raising more than $212 million and drawing two million participants.
