THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral services for Mrs. Carrye S. Moore, 75, of Thomson, were held on Sunday, February 11, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. at the Greater St. James A.M.E. Church, with Dr. George Lasure officiating and Rev. D. D. Davenport as eulogist. Interment was in the Westview Cemetery.
Survivors include a loving son, Mr. Waymon Moore, Thomson; devoted grandson, Fredquavious Moore, Thomson; other grandchildren, Delicia L. Landers, Columbia, S.C., Dominique L. Moore, Tucker, Gracie, Tracy, Jerome and Jonnie McKeveer, all of Bronx, NY; godson, Quantrovious Sturgis and devoted goddaughter, Gwendolyn Hart, both of Thomson; three sisters, Eleanor Shockley, Bronx, N.Y., Sara Baskin and Agnes Baker, both of Danberry, Conn.; six brothers, Rev. Milton (Esther) Neal, Deacon Joseph Neal and Henry (Estella) Neal, all of Thomson; Rev. Willie (Asaleen) Neal, Columbus, Lamar (Evelyn) Neal and Arthur C. (Elise) Neal, both of Bronx, NY; daughter-in-law, Joanie McKeveer Moore, Bronx, N.Y.; sister-in-law, Julia Moore, Atlanta; numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, other caring relatives and friends.
