Mr. Robert J. Brunner
International Paper Retiree

THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. Robert J. Brunner, 63, beloved husband of Mrs. Patricia Brunner of Salem Road, died Tuesday, February 14, 2006 in the McDuffie Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 17, in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens with Father Bill Williams officiating.

Mr. Brunner was a native of Pittsburg, but had lived in Thomson for many years. He was retired from the International Paper Company as a Quality Assurance Inspector after 38 years of services. He was a Catholic and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his father, Emil Brunner and two brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Patricia Brunner, Thomson; his daughter, Tammi (David) Perkins, Thomson; his four sons, Roy (Trinda) Brunner, Dalton, Rodney (Susan) Brunner and Robbie (Liz) Brunner, both of Thomson and Richard (Jennifer) Brunner, Warrenton; his step-daughter, Shelly Fulbright, Atlanta; his step-son, Lawson Fulbright, Thomson; his sister, Mrs. Linda Ketterman, Pittsburg and 13 grandchildren.

Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
