Tennis teams get ready

Tennis season is here.

And the Bulldogs will have a new place to play.

"A new tennis court (adjacent to the high school) will make practice a whole lot easier," said Coach Chan Drake.

Coach Drake said the biggest rival this year for the team will be Westside High School. "The students at Westside participate in private tennis lessons, which allows them to get more practice in besides school practice," he said.

Coach Drake, who has a tennis court in his back yard, said he recommends playing tennis to everyone.

"Tennis is one of the few sports that can be played for a lifetime, and help anyone's life and health," he said.
