Whites celebrate 50 years Mr. and Mrs. Robert White (Bob and Joan) celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary aboard their 45-foot houseboat, which is called The Dream Five. Pictured with them is their Maltese puppy, Baby Girl. Mr. and Mrs. White were married on Nov. 5, 1955, in Waukegan, Ill. Both are retired and enjoy Lake Thurmond in their new home and houseboat. Mr. White is retired from Ryder Truck Rental and Mrs. White from Richmond County Board of Education. They live in Raysville. Special Web posted on Thursday, March 2, 2006
