AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. John Charles Horne Sr. entered into rest at his residence Tuesday, February 22, 2006.
Graveside services were held Friday, February 24, 2006 at 2 p.m. from Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Dr. Len Chavis officiating.
Survivors include his daughters, Elaine Horne, Dearing, Susan Horne, Thomson, and Kay Horne, Hephzibah; son, John C. Horne Jr.; 12 grandchildren; sisters, Julia Mooney, Lincolnton, Maggie M. Howard and Ann Powell, Augusta, and Veronica Mesmer, Columbia, S.C., and his brother, Richard Horne, Evans.
