Members and friends of Second Baptist Church enjoyed a Valentine's Steak Supper this past Saturday. The event was sponsored by the Adult II Sunday School Class. Members of the class solicited donations from Ryan's Steak House, Grand Rental and Balloon Delights.
The event - which kicked off the church's Relay for Life efforts - featured entertainment by Minnie Pearl, portrayed by Betty Johnson.
Waitresses and waiters for the evening were Nichole Burrell, Gena Cody, Sarah Holiman, Zachery Burrell, John Alec Cody and Tripp Greer. The youth also donated some of their tip money for the Relay for Life.
