APPLING, Ga. - Mrs. Myrtis E. Nelson, (Nee Luquire), 78, beloved wife of Mr. Hullett Nelson, died Tuesday, February 28, 2006, in the McDuffie Regional Medical Center.
Memorial services were held 2 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2006, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Tim Corbin officiating.
Mrs. Nelson was a native of Richmond County, a homemaker and a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Mr. Hullett Nelson of Appling; daughter, Cheryl Garrett of Atlanta; two sons, Michael Nelson of Louisville, Ky., and Kevin Nelson of Birmingham, Ala.; and four grandchildren.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
