Camellia Day celebration

The McDuffie Garden Club Council recently celebrated the 48th Annual Camellia Day.

"We're very proud of the Camellia," said Thomson Mayor Bob Knox, who presented Council President Mary Wills with a Camellia Day proclimation.

Representatives from more than a half dozen area garden clubs attended the lunch meetings at Belle Meade Country Club.
