Mr. and Mrs. Ronald B. Marchman of Thomson are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Michele Elizabeth Marchman, to Dustin Lane Wallace, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Terry J. Wallace of Thomson. The wedding will be held May 5 at Edisto Island, S.C.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Comer Marchman of Gray, Ga., and the late Mr. C. Frank Waters and the late Mrs. Helen Waters Hillman of Thomson. Miss Marchman is a graduate of Thomson High School and Georgia Southern University where she received a bachelor of science in psychology. She is currently in her final semester for a masters in psychology at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Ga.
Mr. Wallace is the grandson of Mrs. Herbert L. Widener Sr. and the late Mr. Herbert L. Widener Sr. of Thomson and the late Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Wallace of Warner Robins, Ga. He is a graduate of Thomson High School and Georgia Southern University, where he earned a bachelor of business administration in finance. Mr. Wallace is currently employed as a mortgage underwriter contractor for Office Tiger in Atlanta.
