The Pine Needle Garden Club gathered on Tuesday, Feb. 14, at the home of Krista Wells for a placement show.
The group first gathered at Thomson-McDuffie County Library for a short meeting. The hostess for the morning was Heather Brown. There were 21 members in attendance.
President Cindy Wilson called the business meeting to order. She began the meeting by thanking everyone for their participation in the placement show and complimented them on their arrangements and hard work. She rewarded the group with a token of appreciation.
Yard of the month for January was awarded to Mayor Bob and Dot Knox on Lee Street.

President Cindy Wilson wrapped up the meeting with the Garden Club Prayer.
That evening, club members enjoyed an evening event at Tom and Krista Wells' house.
