Mrs. Betty Jo Burnette Homemaker EVANS, Ga. -- Mrs. Betty Jo Burnette, 75, of Evans went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 10, 2005. Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years, Jesse D. Burnette of Evans. Daughters; Debbie Williford and husband, Wayne of Gibson, Elaine Black and husband Robert (Noah) of Thomson, Kathy West and husband Dan of Fernandina Beach, Fla., seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one brother, Bob Dudley of Cocoa Beach, Fla. Mrs. Burnette was a homemaker and a member of the Women's Christian Fellowship of Fleming Christian Church. Funeral services were held on Monday, March 14, 2005 at 11 at Poteet Funeral Home Chapel with Marshal Bender officiating. Pallbearers were Charles Wylds, Deryl Owens, Stephen McMillen, Mark Owens, Mack Kitchens, and Carlos Quiles. Interment was at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Web posted on Thursday, March 17, 2005
