Thanks from the front lines Loni Johnson of Soldier's Angels presents an American flag to Thomson Middle Principal Claude Powell. Students sent valentines to soldiers in Iraq last month. The unit that received the valentines thanked the students by way of a letter and the flag that flew over a military post in Iraq on Dec. 26 of last year.
