Maternal grandparents are Mrs. Marsha Hughes of Avera and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hughes of Charleston, S.C.
Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Axon of Dearing.
Ava Grace was welcomed home by her three-year-old brother, Drake Axon.
