THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Jean Kendrick Winfrey, 64, of Thomson were held Saturday, March 17, 2007 at 1 p.m. at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, with the Rev. Darnell Brantley Sr., pastor, officiating. Interment was in Westview Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Winfrey, Thomson; one daughter Diane Walton McNair, Thomson; one son, James Parker of Maryland; step-son, Billy Pete Winfrey, Atlanta; step-daughter, Gwen Huff, Thomson; three sisters, Hattie Surgeon and Mary McKenny, both of Philadelphia, PA, and Dorothy Butts, Thomson; a brother, Erwin Kendrick, Thomson, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
