DEARING, Ga. - Mrs. Cynthia Katherine Pate, 91, widow of Mr. Gus Pate, died Saturday, March 18, 2006 at Ports Bridge Hospice.
Funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m. Monday in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in the Sweetwater Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Pate was native of McDuffie County and a homemaker.
She is survived by daughters, Cynthia A. Bryan of Dearing and Annette Keller of Martinez; son, Milton Pate of Dearing; brother, Bobby Reese of Cleveland, Ga.; sister, Robbie Scarborough of Fla.; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Keith Edmonds, Phillip Douglas, Warren Wren, Alvin Percival and Darrell Barnett.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
