A Thomson native has been named a 2004 Five Star Employee of the Year at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation.
Leslie Harper, the daughter of David and Jeanie Joesbury, was previously recognized as a Five Star Employee for the fourth quarter of 2004. She received the Employee of the Year Award from General Manager Steven Freund at the Annual Gala at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge.
The Five Star Award honors employees demonstrating exceptional qualities as voted by ladies and gentlemen of the hotel based on qualifications such as providing the hotel's guests with the utmost service, acting as ambassadors of The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, exceeding job expectations and serving fellow employees with respect and dignity.
As a Five Star Employee of the Year, Mrs. Harper will receive roundtrip airfare and complimentary accommodations for two at any Ritz-Carlton hotel within the continental United States and spending money for her trip.
