Mrs. Bertha Moore Reid THOMSON, Ga. -- Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Bertha Moore Reid of Thomson, was held on Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at 2 p.m. at the Greater St. James A.M.E. Church, Thomson. Rev. Gerald Caldwell, officiating. Interment was in Westview Cemetery. Survivors include nephew, reared as son, Luther (Joyce) Moore, Jr. of Thomson; two special grandchildren, Luther H. (Beatrixe) Moore, III of Augusta and Detavious Moore of Thomson; special granddaughter, Kalayha L. Moore of Augusta; three sisters-in-law, Mrs. Ethel Roberson and Mrs. Carrye Moore, both of Thomson and Mrs. Julia Moore of Atlanta; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
