The delegation had to submit in writing and present a proposal. The proposal was presented in Hearing Committees where it was debated and could be amended up to two times before being considered by the Continental Summits. In the Continental Summits, the proposals were presented again and found favorable or unfavorable and then ranked and placed on the docket for the General Assembly. If the proposal was found favorable by the General Assembly, it becomes a resolution to be enacted. TMS' proposal on the enforcement of child labor laws was found favorable by the General Assembly.
Each delegation had to make a placard in order to be recognized in the Summit and General Assembly meeting. TMS' placard won Best Placard. This was awarded to the nation whose sign was the most creative and best represented the nation.
Each delegation also had to make a display to present facts about their nation. The TMS delegation was recognized for its display.
