Cobb-Smith Mr. and Mrs. John H. Cobb of Thomson announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Marie Cobb to Jason Alan Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Smith of Thomson.The Wedding is planned for Saturday, May 29, 2004, at Thomson First United Methodist Church beginning at 3 p.m. Miss Cobb is currently attending Augusta State University. She is the granddaughter of Ret. Lt. Col. and Mrs. Cecil Davis of Columbus, Ga., and Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Cobb of Anniston, Ala.Mr. Smith is currently attending Augusta State University and is employed by Surface Specialties UCB in North Augusta, S.C.
