Ms. Lillie Mae Hampton

THOMSON, Ga. - Ms. Lillie Mae Hampton was called from labor to reward Sunday, March 18, 2007. Ms. Hampton was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and a friend to all who knew her and loved her.

She leaves to cherish her memory a loving and devoted daughter Mrs. Betty (Michael) Calhoun of Harlem, two sons, Mr. James (Alice Jones) Willie Hampton of Grovetown, Mr. Rick Hampton of St. Mary, Florida; one loving and devoted sister, Mrs. Lillie B. (Jimmy) Brown of Harlem, one daughter-in-law, Ms. Glenda Hampton of Grovetown, 19 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, March 24, 2007, at 1 p.m., at Piney Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Downs officiating.

Pinkston-Roberts Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
