Donating organs is important also

Dear Editor,
We all take life for granted. So many of us suffer from an illness. So many people pull together to help with the Relay for Life fundraiser for cancer awareness, not thinking that we have so many people right here in McDuffie who are in need of organ transplants. Why do these people have to raise so much money on their own when we all can pull together the same way and help these people also? Certain organs we cannot live without, so we all can pull together to help people that are on a waiting list for a kidney, heart, bone, etc.
