THS plays host to choral festival The 10th GMEA District Choral Festival-Large Group Performance Evaluation took place at Thomson High School on Monday, March 27, and Tuesday, March 28. Performances took place from 9:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. each day. Photo by Erica Green A total of 54 schools were present during this event including Thomson High School, Thomson Middle School, Harlem, East Augusta, Glenn Hills and others. Thomson Singers scored a 2 - an excellent score next to the perfect score of 1. The entire festival was broadcast throughout the school and filmed by THS TSA and Tech Education Department.
