HEPHZIBAH, Ga.- Mrs. Gertrude Broxton Amos, beloved wife of the late Benjamin Francis Amos, entered into rest Monday, March 29, 2004 at her residence.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at Bath Pentecostal Holiness Church in Bath, S.C., with Rev. Bill Branch officiating. Interment was in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Survivors include her son, Benjamin F. Amos, Jr., Waynesboro; daughters, Deborah Raborn, Vidette, Ga., Connie Eubanks, Waynesboro, Tammy Amos, Augusta, and Alice Ware, North Augusta; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Louie Broxton, Alpharetta, Ga., and James Broxton, Dearing; three sisters, Donna Nagy, Bath, Corine Glinski, Aiken, S.C., and Annie Mae Cooper, Aiken, S.C.
Her husband, Benjamin Amos, precedes her in death.
Pallbearers were her grandchildren and relatives.
