WASHINGTON, Ga. - Mr. William "Bill" E. Niemann, MSgt., USAF, Retired, joined the Lord on April 5, 2007.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 10, 2007, at 11 a.m. in First UMC with Rev. Gale Seibert officiating. Interment followed in Resthaven Cemetery with full military honors.
Bill is survived by his wife, Pat Ward Niemann, and three children, William Edward, II of Powder Springs, Ga., Cynthia Niemann Long, of Washington and Lynn Niemann Young of Thomson; mother-in-law, Rachel Ward, Washington; brother-in-law, Ernie Ward, Woodstock, Ga.; brother, Chet Niemann of Deland, Fla.; sister, Dianne Thomson of Lincolnton; and six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the First United Methodist Church Building Fund.
Hopkins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
