THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Jane Gobble Reid, 57, died Thursday, April 6, 2006 in Thomson Manor Nursing Facility.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 9, 2006 in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens with Dr. Jim Ramsey and Rev. Wayne Brunner officiating.
Mrs. Reid was a native of Wilkes County, but had lived in Thomson for many years.
Survivors include her daughter, Beth Laster, Dearing; her two sons, David Reid, Augusta and Joel Reid, Lousiville, Ga.; her mother, Rebecca Gobble, Thomson; three sisters, Pat (Billy) Thornton, Washington, Linda (Bobby) Reese, Thomson and Amelia Harrison, Thomson and five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Joseph Hospice or to the Thomson First Baptist Church Capital Campaign.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
