Charles Jackson Hill Rebecca Grace Hill Mr. and Mrs. Charles U. Hill, III of West End, N.C., are proud to announce the birth of their twins, Charles Jackson and Rebecca Grace, on Feb. 23, 2004 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, N.C. Charlie weighed 7 lbs., 11 oz., and was 20‡ in. long. Rebecca weighed 6 lbs., 9 oz., and was 20 in. long. Mrs. Hill is the former Laura Davenport, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reynold Davenport of Foxfire Village, N.C. Parental grandparents are Mrs. Helen P. Hill and the late Mr. Charles U.
