Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Morgan of Milledgeville announce the engagement of their daughter, Alison Marie Morgan of Milledgeville to Jeremiah Shawn Coghlan of Milledgeville, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert T. Coghlan of Dearing.
The wedding will be held May 22, 2004, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the home of the bride.
Following the ceremony, a reception will be held at Milledgeville Country Club. After the wedding, the couple will make their home in Milledgeville.
The bride elect is the granddaughter of Alice Hattaway and the late John L. Hattaway and Marie Morgan and the late Nathan Morgan, all of Milledgeville.
The groom elect is the grandson of Winton and Ruth Smith of Martinez. and the late Mr. Leroy Hadden, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Coghlan of Akron, Oh.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of John Milledge Academy and 2004 graduate of Brenau University, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Studio Art.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Curtis Baptist High School in Augusta. He is employed by Walmart as Assistant Manager in Milledgeville.
