HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Mr. A.E. "Bud" Gray, 60, entered into rest Friday, April 11, 2008, at his residence.
Memorial services were held at 7 p.m. Monday evening at Sheppard Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Adrian Burrell officiating.
A native of Warren County, Mr. Gray lived in Glascock and Richmond Counties for most of his life. He was an electrician by trade.
Mr. Gray's family would like to extend their heart felt thanks to the staff of Trinity Hospice, Dr. Paul Bilodeau, and his caregiver, Mrs. Florence Jefferson for all they did during his illness.
He is survived by his loving mother, Mrs. Ethel Gray Hinton; stepfather, Paul Hinton; two brothers, Wayne Gray of Augusta and Mark (Pam) Gray of Warrenton; five sisters, Pat (Rick) Rios of Augusta, Linda Barrow of Gibson, Kathy Benson of North Augusta, Wanda (Mel) Jobes of Thomson and Cindy (Murphy) Harrell of Mitchell. He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Atwell E. Gray, Sr. and his sister, Judy Purvis.
