Mrs. Emma Dora Dye DEARING, Ga. -- Entered into rest Monday April 11, 2005, in the Warrenton Health and Rehab Center, Mrs. Emma Dora Dye, 93, wife of the late John A. Dye, of Dearing. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2005, at the Mill Creek Baptist Church, Mitchell, with the Rev. Robert Dye officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Survivors include two sons, Alvis A. Dye, Tyrone, Ga., and Archie A. Dye, Houston, Texas; two daughters, Gypsie Stricklin and Katie Mae Brewer, both of Houston, Texas; 14 grandchildren and numerous great and great-grandchildren.
