Mrs. Rosemary Markley
THOMSON, Ga. -- Mrs. Rosemary Markley, 74, widow of Mr. Billie Giles Markley, died Sunday, April 17, 2005 at her residence.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 20, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Bruner officiating. Burial was in the Dearing City Cemetery.
Mrs. Markley was a native of Madison, Va., but had lived in Thomson for many years. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include four daughters, Linda (Ken) Nelson, Terry Sammons, Rosemary (Andy) Mooney and Debra Lee Markley, all of Thomson; her son, Billy (Angela) Markley, Thomson; 19 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Billy Markley, Jr., Kenneth Nelson, Jr., Michael Nelson, Jimmy Kitchens, Jr., Chris Brooks and Don Williams.
