Adams-Montgomery Ms. Phyllis Adams of Dearing would like to announce the engagement of her daughter, Rita Kay Adams of Dearing, to Ramsey Lee Montgomery of Pooler, Ga., son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Montgomery of Thomson. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. Edwin Nunn and the late Ms. Priscilla Nunn and the late Mr. and Mrs. Guy Adams. She is a graduate of Thomson High School. She also received her bachelor's degree in education from the University of Georgia and her master's in education from Cambridge College. She is presently employed at Wrens Elementary School. The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Ms. Frances Abner and the late Mr. Ray Montgomery and Ms. Dera Davis and the late Mr. Pete Davis. He is a graduate of Thomson High School and was a member of the Marine Corps. He is presently employed at Gulfstream. The wedding is planned for June 25, 2005, at Wrens United Methodist Church.
