Serving Scouts
|
Chad Stokes of North Augusta flips foil-wrapped potatoes on a grill at the Dixie Conclave, which was held April 28-30 at the Knox Scout Reservation in Lincoln County. About 1,000 scouts from three states participated in the event - the first large-scale gathering at the more than 800 acre camp on Clarks Hill Lake. The event was for scouts in the Order of the Arrow, the honor society of scouting.
